How long after a hold is placed online, do I receive my items?

The library team retrieves requests several times during the day, and preps them for shipping. Items are shipped by FedEx. They usually arrive within 3-5 days of placing your request, depending upon the shipping department pick ups. Most materials are checked out to your account for 3 weeks to allow you time to receive, use and return the items.
